Prof. Nurith Hiller

  • Dr. Nurith Hiller earned her MD at the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Medicine in 1987, receiving the Outstanding MD Thesis Faculty Prize, and completed a residency in General Radiology at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in 1992. She then joined Shaare Zedek’s Department of Radiology as an attending radiologist, serving as head of the Residency Training Program in Radiology, and later head of CT. In 1994 she completed a mini-fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology and MRI at Albert Einstein Medical Center in New York.

 

  • In 2000 she joined the Department of Radiology at the Hadassah as an attending radiologist, and was named Chief Radiologist at Hadassah-Mt Scopus in 2007. Dr. Hiller is a Senior Lecturer at the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Medicine. In 2005 she joined the Examination Committee of the Israeli Radiology Association (ISRA), and in 2007 was elected by radiologists from across Israel as one of six representatives on the Professional Committee of the ISRA.

 

  • Dr. Hiller has published extensively in national and international forums. She is a multidisciplinary radiologist. Her areas of interest include chest and body imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, neuroimaging, CT-guided interventional procedures, and advanced CT applications.

 

  • Dr. Hiller places a strong emphasis on teaching. In 2004 she was awarded the Faculty Prize for Excellence in Teaching and is a popular lecturer in her fields of expertise.
